How do I report an unhygienic washroom?

I forgot something in the washing machine, who can open the door?
For privacy and security reasons, we do not have access to individual buildings. Please contact the local caretaker or manager of your building.
Where can I download an invoice for my washes?
In your TikWash account under the heading ‘Transaction history’, you can download an official receipt or invoice for each wash.
What should I do if the machine does not start after payment?
First check that the door is properly locked. If the machine really doesn't start, you can use the ‘Support’ button in the TikWash app to get help directly or call the fault number on the machine.
How does a Meet & Wash space contribute to the look and feel of my park?
We transform a dull washroom into a fresh, modern environment. The ‘Meet’ concept allows guests to wait in a pleasant place, enhancing the overall park experience.
How does it work for guests who do not have a smartphone?
Depending on the location, we can place a central payment terminal where guests can pay with a regular bank card without downloading the app.
Is support available during the weekend?
Our technical helpdesk is also available during peak periods in the holiday season. Guests can use the app to request immediate help in case of malfunctions.
Are the machines big enough for duvets and pillows?
Yes, at our leisure sites we often install machines with an extra-large drum capacity. These are perfect for washing down duvets, sleeping bags or large piles of towels.
Can international guests also use the app?

Will I be notified when my laundry is ready?
Yes, the app keeps track of time for you. You get a push notification on your phone as soon as the machine finishes, so you can immediately transfer your laundry to the dryer.
How long does an average wash programme take?
Our industrial machines are a lot faster than those at home. A standard wash at 40°C or 60°C takes only 30 to 45 minutes on average.
Can I see if a machine is free before I go to the laundry room?
Sure! In the TikWash app, you can see live the status of all machines at your location. You can even reserve a machine, so you don't walk downstairs with your heavy laundry basket for nothing.
Do I need to bring my own detergent and fabric softener?
Yes, in most locations, bring your own detergent. Use the dispensing drawers on top or at the front of the machine. Note: don't use too much soap; our professional machines need less than you think!
How do I start my first wash through TikWash?
Download the TikWash app from the App Store or Play Store. Create an account, load up a credit (e.g. via iDEAL or Bancontact) and scan the QR code on the machine you want to use. Choose your programme and press ‘Start’.
Who is responsible for administration and payments?
We take care of that completely. The TikWash app handles all transactions. So as a manager, you don't have to worry about emptying coins or invoicing individual residents.
Can the machines withstand intensive use by many residents?
Absolutely. We only install professional appliances (such as Miele or Primus) that are designed for thousands of running hours per year, which is much more durable than domestic appliances.
How are machine defects followed up?
Our systems are ‘smart’. We often receive notification of a malfunction even before a user notices it. This allows us to schedule proactive maintenance.
Does installing a laundry room cost me money as an owner?
We offer several models, including one where the installation and maintenance are entirely borne by us. In many cases, the investment for the owner is therefore zero euro.
How exactly does the 48-hour repair guarantee work?
Downtime is no fun for anyone. Thanks to our partner LDL NV, we guarantee that a faulty machine will be repaired or replaced within 48 working hours. So the washroom always remains operational.
